Library Wines - Clendenen Family
Since Jim Clendenen's first vintage in 1982, his wines have been the beacon of character, balance and restraint. No high alcohols or overblown fruit. Consequently, the wines age beautifully bringing a different expression to an already classy wine. Jim had the foresight to hold back his wines for future enjoyment. And now these extremely rare wines are available for those that know the difference patience brings. Need a specific vintage? Contact us. The library is expansive but we monitor their availability directly from the winery.
Dense and inky yet with grace. Lovely Bordeaux characteristics along with a classic dark berry character and medium, dusty tannins. Drinking very well now, but has the structure to easily age 5-10 years.
